Wednesday: Weight lifting 5:15 AM; Pound 5 PM; Weight lifting 6 PM

Thursday: Open Gym 4-6:30 PM 

Friday: Weightlifting 5:15 AM 

Saturday: TBA- We announce our Saturday classes at the beginning of each month- this is Open Gym style, 6:45-8:30 AM. 

Sunday: No Class
